Ex-South Carolina cop sentenced to 20 years in prison for black motorist's death

CHARLESTON, S.C. (Reuters) - A white former South Carolina policeman caught on video shooting an unarmed black man in the back was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Thursday in a federal civil rights case connected to the 2015 killing.
