U.S. detainee policy review won't touch harsh interrogation tactics

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. military said on Wednesday that its 90-day review of detainee policy will not include an examination of harsh interrogation tactics and that no one has been identified for possible transfer to the Guantanamo Bay detention facility.
