U.S. says Massachusetts cannot sue student loan servicer

BOSTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department has filed papers arguing Massachusetts's attorney general cannot pursue claims that one of the nation's largest student loan servicers undermined a federal debt forgiveness program.
