Tight security eased near White House after suspicious vehicle scare

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Secret Service eased tight security prompted by a suspicious vehicle on Wednesday, allowing White House staff to enter and leave the grounds and letting staff at the New Executive Office Building to return to work after an evacuation.
