U.S. to sharply cut cap on refugees to 30,000 for 2019

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Monday said the United Sates will set the cap on the number of refugees allowed into the country at up to 30,000 in fiscal year 2019, a sharp drop from 45,000 it announced in October.
