Heavy courthouse security ahead of synagogue shooting suspect's arraignment

A man charged with shooting 11 worshipers to death at a Pittsburgh synagogue was released from a hospital a few hours before he was to be arraigned on Monday while sympathetic contributors gave hundreds of thousands of dollars to the victims of the deadliest attack ever on America's Jewish community.
