Trump plans to visit El Paso as the Hispanic border city mourns

U.S. President Donald Trump is expected on Wednesday to visit El Paso, a heavily Hispanic Texas border city reeling after a shooting rampage in a crowded Walmart left 22 people dead in an attack that appeared to have been racially motivated.
