Boat catches fire off California; rescue efforts underway: U.S. Coast Guard
The U.S. Coast Guard said on Monday that it had launched "multiple rescue assets" to get more than 30 people off of a vessel that had caught fire near Santa Cruz Island off the coast of southern California.
