Wisconsin Supreme Court invalidates state's COVID-19 stay-at-home order

The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Wednesday struck down an extension of the state's stay-at-home order to combat the coronavirus pandemic after the Republican-controlled legislature sued, saying it should have been consulted before the order was enacted.
