U.S. to implement security upgrades to refugee program

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - New security upgrades to the U.S. refugee admissions program will help block suspected criminals from entering the United States from "high-risk" countries, the head of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security said on Monday.
