Quality Care to take over HCR ManorCare as part of bankruptcy deal

(Reuters) - Quality Care Properties Inc said on Friday it is taking over its main tenant, U.S. nursing home operator HCR ManorCare, as part of a pre-arranged Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing for the nursing chain that is expected in the coming days.
