Judge sends Trump's former campaign chief Manafort to jail

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A federal judge on Friday sent President Donald Trump's former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, to jail pending trial, after Special Counsel Robert Mueller charged him last week with witness tampering.
