Isolation, evacuations in U.S. central Plains as floods kill three

Flooding that killed three people in Nebraska and Iowa has cut roads to a nuclear power plant and inundated a large portion of a U.S. Air Force base, forcing it to work with a skeleton staff on Monday, while more of region's residents possibly faced evacuation.
