Attorney general cites 'irregularities' at jail where Epstein died

U.S. Attorney General William Barr said on Monday there were "serious irregularities" at the federal prison in New York City where Jeffrey Epstein died in an apparent suicide, adding that the investigation into the disgraced money manager's sex crimes would continue.
