Hurricane Dorian to approach Florida as Category 4 with 130 mph winds: Hurricane Center

Hurricane Dorian is expected to intensify over the weekend as a Category 4 storm with winds picking up to 130 miles per hour (210 kph), a spokesman for the National Hurricane Center said on Thursday.
